Spar Sign Up Sheet

To better aid in keeping track of who's fighting where, this thread was created. Its purpose is simple, you sign you and the participant of the spar you want up for said spar by filling out the application below, easy. If an arena is open for fighting, feel free to take it. If not choose another or, if you really want to fight in that one location, you can be placed on the waiting list. A spar will be null void and ineffective if any participant is inactive in said spar for more than a week, at which point the arena they're fighting in will be made available. Please follow the app as it is and be patient, you'll get your chance.
